Ну как раз аналог. Аналогом ФАЛа обычно считают АКМ, но АКМ под промежуточный и нещитово.
В реальности допилят до 7.62x54 без всяких R. Либо будет стрелять как тяжёлоствольный ФАЛ, с клином через каждые два выстрела.
